getNetworkComponents is a member of the SoftLayer_Hardware_Server service.

Overview

Retrieve a hardware's network components. Network components are hardware components such as IPMI cards or Ethernet cards.

User Access

Users wishing to execute getNetworkComponents service must have the View Hardware permission assigned to their account.

Return Type

getNetworkComponents returns the SoftLayer_Network_ComponentArray data type.
