Overview

Retrieve the files attached to a ticket.

User Access

Users wishing to execute getAttachedFiles service must have the Add / Edit Tickets and View Tickets permissions assigned to their account.

Return Type

getAttachedFiles returns the SoftLayer_Ticket_Attachment_FileArray data type.
