getFirstUpdate is a member of the SoftLayer_Ticket service.

Overview

Retrieve the first update made to a ticket. This is typically the contents of a ticket when it's created.

User Access

Users wishing to execute getFirstUpdate service must have the Add / Edit Tickets and View Tickets permissions assigned to their account.

Return Type

getFirstUpdate returns the SoftLayer_Ticket_UpdateArray data type.
