getStatus is a member of the SoftLayer_Ticket service.

Overview

Retrieve a ticket's status.

User Access

Users wishing to execute getStatus service must have the Add / Edit Tickets and View Tickets permissions assigned to their account.

Return Type

getStatus returns the SoftLayer_Ticket_Status data type.
