getSubject is a member of the SoftLayer_Ticket service.

Overview

Retrieve a ticket's subject. Only standard support tickets have an associated subject. A standard support ticket's title corresponds with it's subject's name.

User Access

Users wishing to execute getSubject service must have the Add / Edit Tickets and View Tickets permissions assigned to their account.

Return Type

getSubject returns the SoftLayer_Ticket_Subject data type.
